Shipping - It usually takes 2-7 business days to fulfill and order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated at 2-10 business days for Canadian destinations. Due to COVID-19 fulfillment and shipping times may take longer than usual and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Refunds/Exchanges - Because we make all garments to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. Exchanges will not be offered for sizing changes - we encourage you to use the sizing guide on the product pages or reach out to us with any questions on fit.


Returns - Oct. Label has a rigorous quality control process, but mistakes can happen. If the item you received is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at hello@octoberlabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue. All returns must be unworn/unused with original tags attached. Please return orders with the original packaging.

Incorrect Address - Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to double check the entry prior to submitting an order. If the address provided is considered insufficient by the courier or is incorrect, the shipment will be returned to Oct. Label’s fulfillment centre. We cannot refund an order that has been shipped to the incorrect address. The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once Oct. Label has confirmed an updated address with the customer (if and as applicable).


Unclaimed Shipments - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Oct. Label’s fulfillment centre and the customer will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Lost In Transit - If you suspect your package is lost in transit, please contact hello@octoberlabel.com no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

Import Tax/Customs Duty - Oct. Label currently partners with a fulfillment centre in the US, therefore, an additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Oct. Label hopes to partner with a Canadian fulfillment centre in the coming months, thus, eliminating import tax and reducing shipping times on Canadian orders.
