When will I get my order?

Due to COVID-19 fulfillment and shipping times may take longer than usual.

 

It usually takes 2-7 business days to fulfill and order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time is estimated at 2-10 business days for Canadian destinations.

 

 

Where will my order ship from?

All order currently ship from our fulfillment center in the US, but we will soon be transitioning to a Canadian fulfillment center and that means shorter shipping times!   

 

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Oct. Label will be partnering with a Canadian fulfillment centre in the coming months, thus, eliminating import tax and reducing shipping times on Canadian orders.

 

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Check with your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

 

If the shipping address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with a neighbour, please get in touch with us at hello@octoberlabel.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and purchase date in the email.

 

I put the wrong address in my order. What do I do?

Get in touch with us at hello@octoberlabel.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address prior to shipping, but there's no guarantee we'll catch it in time.

 

 

I received a damaged/incorrect order. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear your item arrived less than expected. Please get in touch with us at hello@octoberlabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

 

What's Oct. Label’s refund/exchange policy?

Because we make all garments to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. Exchanges will not be offered for sizing changes so we encourage you to use the sizing guide on the product pages or reach out to us with any questions on fit.
